LEARN TO SKATE

               
 

Get started ice skating.

With a little determination, knowing the right techniques and a little practice, learning how to ice skate can be easy and a lot of fun. Whether your goal is to skate backward, spin really fast, score a goal or win a race, we have the know-how to help. Remember, just like you, every champion had to begin with a few easy lessons.


FREE LTS OPEN HOUSE - SUNDAY OCTOBER 13 FROM 5:00-5:50 PM.
     This is your chance to come meet some of our coaches, take a spin on the ice and have a hot chocolate!  Rentals and skating time are all at no cost, just come and have fun.

- Session 1 (5 weeks) October 20, 2024 - November 17, 2024
- Session 2 (5 weeks) November 24, 2024 - December 22, 2024 (SOLD OUT!)
- Session 3 (5 weeks) January 5, 2025 - February 2, 2025
                                          (Session 3 Registration opens December 15, 2024)
- Session 4 (5 weeks) February 9, 2025 - March 9, 2025
                                         (Session 4 Registration opens February 1, 2025)


Cost per session is $95 which includes LTS USA Membership.  Available Signup forms are on the main menu on the left of the home page.

Children
In today's fast-paced world, children juggle more tasks than ever. Learn to Skate USA® teaches your kids lessons to sharpen their focus and provide greater balance on and off the ice. As they conquer challenges on their paths to amazing, new worlds well beyond the world of skating will happen right before their eyes.

              *Open to all children looking to skate, we do recomend skaters be 3 or older.

Adult

The adult curriculum is designed for both beginning and experienced adult skaters who wish to improve their skating skills. Participation in the program will help promote physical fitness and improve balance and coordination while teaching proper skating techniques. This is an exciting program for people who look to skating as an enjoyable part of a fit and healthy lifestyle.





REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:
Skates, Helmet, Gloves (other protective equipment is optional)
No Sticks allowed


Each Session Includes:

- 50 minute sessions with 25 minutes of structured learning with professional coaching and 25 minutes of free play/games per Week 
- Games and fun activities 
- Skating Skills & Development 
- Fun-filled Drills to encourage the Child’s Love for skating.
