  2. All skaters must clear the ice when the resurfacer enters the ice.

  3. Any skater performing their program with their music has the ultimate right of way. Take a moment when program music is being played to identify the skater it belongs to.   Skaters are responsible to watch for this skater at all times (including during lessons).

  4. Any skater in a private lesson has the right of way secondary to any skater performing their program.

  5. No talking in the middle of the rink. Move to the boards when you are not actively working.

  6. No food or drink on the ice surface.

  7. In order to keep the ice clear, coaches should try to stay on the perimeter.

  8. Skaters should exhibit a cooperative attitude to each other and avoid confrontation.
  9. Music may not be played excessively loud. Please remember coaches must be able to talk and hear over any music.  Please be respectful of the arena sound equipment. Do not unhook or move equipment. If you need help, please ask the manager.
  10. Coaches may put the music of the student they are teaching ahead of other skaters. Everyone should appreciate this policy when they are in a lesson enjoying this privilege and graciously accept this policy when they are the ones being asked to wait in line. Please do not stop and restart your music if another CD is waiting in line.

  11. Lower level skaters should be aware of faster skaters and more advanced skaters should act as role models for lower level skaters.

  12. Any conflicts should be addressed to the Skating Director or rink management and any action will be taken at the discretion of the management.
